We are a boutique winery and bed 'n' breakfast in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine region in New York State. surrounded by flowers, trees, lawns and pines, we are conveniently located near the south end of Seneca Lake, just a few miles from Watkins Glen. Cascata Winery is a perfect destination when you decide to tour the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Come taste our wines, browse through the art in our gallery, select unique handmade gifts, and then settle into one of our wine-themed rooms. The next morning, we'll ease you into the day with an abundant breakfast. There's always plenty to do at the Professors' Inn - play a game as you relax on the patio or in the lounge, browse through the art and art prints, pick a book off the shelves and find a comfortable chair for reading, and picnic under the huge pines by the fish pond
